Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the DoorAli website at doorali.co.uk and to any professional referral made to DoorAli. DoorAli operates as a cash property buying business working across the North West of England, through professional referrals from estate agents, letting agents, auctioneers and similar property professionals.

This is a business-to-business service. These terms are not intended to apply to consumers dealing with DoorAli directly. Sellers are introduced through professional intermediaries and are not customers of this website.

Use of this website

The content on doorali.co.uk is provided for general information about DoorAli's services. It does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice of any kind. Whilst we take care to keep information accurate, we make no representations or warranties about its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit unsolicited communications, or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with others' use of it.

Referral process and fees

When a professional makes a referral to DoorAli, the following applies:

  • DoorAli will assess the referred property and revert to the referring professional promptly. We aim to respond within one working day.
  • DoorAli may pay a referral fee of up to 2% of the agreed purchase price, paid on completion of a successful purchase, where a referral fee arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance.
  • Where the referring party is an estate agent with an existing fee agreement with the seller, DoorAli will honour that agreed agent fee on completion. This is separate from any introducer referral fee and applies where clearly agreed.
  • DoorAli reserves the right to decline any referral without providing detailed reasons.

No referral fee is payable unless a completed written agreement is in place prior to introduction, and a transaction reaches legal completion. DoorAli will not pay referral fees on cases introduced without prior agreement.

Offers are subject to contract

Any indication of price, offer or interest made by DoorAli, whether verbally or in writing, is subject to contract and is not legally binding on either party until exchange of contracts has taken place and all conditions have been satisfied. DoorAli reserves the right to withdraw or revise any offer at any time before exchange.

No solicitation of referred clients

DoorAli commits to not contacting a referred seller directly without the knowledge of the referring professional, and to not using a referral as a route to remove the introducing agent from the transaction. This commitment is fundamental to how DoorAli operates and applies throughout the referral, offer and completion process.

Intellectual property

All content on doorali.co.uk — including text, logos, graphics and layout — is owned by or licensed to DoorAli. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoorAli is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from any referral made to DoorAli. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, data, business opportunity or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits DoorAli's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

DoorAli may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published at doorali.co.uk/terms. Continued use of this website or submission of referrals after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
